No statement has been issued by the club so far. Mumbai police suspect that many people have managed to escape. CCTV footage is being checked. Notices will then be sent to the public. Under section 188 of the IPC, a person can be jailed for one month and fined Rs 10,000.

What is Section 188, under which many people, including Raina, are
prosecuted under Section 188 of the IPC for violating the rules of lockdown. Section 3 of the Epidemic Act of 1897 mentions that if anyone breaks the rules or violates the rules / laws of the government, they are penalized under Section 188 of the Indian Law. This clause can be applied in the same way if the order given by a government employee is also violated. If you are aware of the orders given by the government and yet you break those rules then legal action is taken under section 188.
